Dynamic Curves is a great way for new moms to get back in shape. This dynamic fitness and dance program is incredible. Just a few hours a week and you'll start to feel better about yourself. Veronica Debruyn was a Taekwondo teacher who was trained by Master B.J. Lee who also trained Jean-Claude Van Damme in his early years in Martial Arts and Michel Qissi (Tempo in Kickboxer).

This first video "Dynamic Curves," will be mainly focused on military spouses and what can be done for them to stay physically and mentally healthy while their husbands are deployed.
